It is forbidden to create tasks that do not imply the performance of a certain work by the selected performer with subsequent payment and recall that does not correspond to reality. Detection of such tasks will result in both users being banned.
All claims for any operations on the service are considered within 14 calendar days from the date of the operation.
Rules for Customers:
It is prohibited to indicate contacts for communication in the job description.
When drawing up a task, it is necessary to register all the most important criteria for you, in order to avoid misunderstandings after the task is completed by the performer. The Contractor is not obliged to fulfill the conditions not specified and not agreed upon before starting work.
It is impossible to require the executor to complete the assignment ahead of the time specified in the assignment or agreed with the executive carrier.
The countdown of time to complete the task starts from the moment the task is transferred to work.
In case of non-compliance with the deadlines by the contractor, the customer has the right to transfer the task to the Arbitration, and it will be decided in his favor.
(Claims in terms of deadlines are considered only if, before applying to the Arbitration, the result was not received from the contractor.)
The task marked by the performer as completed must be checked within 24 hours after it was sent for review. If the task has not been verified for a long time, the contractor has the right to apply to the Arbitration. For assignments that have not been verified within 14 calendar days, the Arbitration can transfer 100% of the established cost to the Contractor.
Offer to change the price after agreeing to the assignment
The proposal to change the price after consent is possible. It often happens that the volume of work grows in the process, so we give you the opportunity to change the terms of the deal by agreement of both parties. If one party is against, you can apply to arbitration to resolve the situation.
It is necessary to respond to the messages of the Arbitration and comply with the terms established by the Arbitration for checking the assignment or answering questions. After the expiration of the specified period, the Arbitration will make a decision without the participation of the customer.
Rules for Performers:
Quests can be accessed when the following conditions are met:
- passing the required testing;
- filling out a profile, incl. at least 3 works with a detailed description in the artist's portfolio;
- account verification.
Quests in each specific specialization can be accessed when the following conditions are met:
- the presence of at least 3 projects / works in the portfolio with a detailed description in this specialization;
- payment for subscription in case of additional specialization;
- filling out a profile.
To withdraw funds, you must verify your account. At the same time, the real name and surname must be indicated in the profile, and you also need to upload your photo with a clearly visible face to the avatar. The deadlines specified in the assignment must be observed. Otherwise, the customer has the right to transfer the task to the Arbitration, and it will be resolved in his favor.
If the customer does not receive a response to his messages in the chat within 24 hours and applies to arbitration, then the decision will be made in favor of the customer. If for some reason you will not be able to respond in a timely manner, you must notify the customer in advance.
Notifying the customer that you have completed the work and the task is completed is only necessary through the "Submit for review" function.
The rating is not a priority in issuing your profile to customers, but it reflects your reputation on the platform, so try to work in good faith. In case of incorrect estimates from the customer on the result of the work, you can contact support.
The rating takes into account the tasks completed in the last 30 calendar days, and depends on the assessment of your work by the customer and his feedback.
The assessment is carried out on a 5-point scale. If the customer has given a rating higher than your current rating, then your rating increases. If below or if you did not cope, and the task was transferred to the Arbitration and it was decided in favor of the customer, your rating will be lowered. The higher the number of successfully completed tasks, the higher your rating. The rating changes after each closed task, however, the rating is recalculated in the system once a day, so you may not see the changes immediately after completing the task.
A high proportion of successfully completed tasks and positive communication assessments preserve you a good reputation in the service and, as a result, a steady stream of new interesting tasks.
An increase in the number of arbitrations, refusals of assignments and negative assessments of communication - all this reduces the level of your reputation and can lead to an account ban.

Inaccuracy in the wording of the assignment or inadequate deadlines are not considered as an excuse for not completing work, since you agreed to such an assignment.
If the assignment is not written clearly enough, or it cannot be completed within the specified time limit, you should refuse it, indicating the reason.
If the task is completed, but not verified by the customer for more than 7 days, the contractor may submit to the Arbitration.
If the task is returned to work by the Arbitration, the repeated appeal to the Arbitration is possible no earlier than 24 hours later, or, if the Arbitration response indicates the exact date, not earlier than this period.
It is forbidden to write to the customer with an offer of services that are not directly related to an open task, as well as after the completion of the task.
The service commission is 15% and is deducted from the cost of the task set by the customer when the payment is transferred to the contractor.

15% - a deal for amounts from 1,000 rubles to 49,999 rubles
12.5% - a deal for amounts from 50,000 rubles to 74,999 rubles
10% - a deal for amounts from 75,000 rubles to 99,999 rubles
8% - a deal for amounts from 100,000 rubles to 299,999 rubles
7% - a deal for amounts from 300,000 rubles to 499,999 rubles
6% transaction for amounts from 500,000 rubles to 999,999 rubles
